The Rucci Legacy Foundation (RLF) is a tribute to the life and values of Bishop Leo Rucibigango, whose legacy of empathy continues to guide our work.
Our story began with a personal journey of our founder, Jean Malic Kalima. Inspired by his mother’s resilience during her illness and deeply moved by the story of a woman facing the silent struggle of infertility, he realized that healthcare is not just about treatment—it's about dignity.
What started as a support group has evolved into a sanctuary for healthcare equity, dedicated to ensuring that no Rwandan family has to face health challenges alone or in shame.
