The Rucci Legacy Foundation (RFL) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization born from a Rwandan family’s long- standing commitment for their nation. With deep roots in the nation's public and private sectors and expertise in health, they’ve launched RLF in 2024 to foster healthier and more resilient communities across Rwanda.
